Madame Butterfly, de Ramón Oller en el Teatro de Madrid

Como fiel "fan" de Ramón Oller, todavía no me ha fallado. Aunque al principio empecé a pensar que quizás ésta era la vez. El público de danza suele tener cierta cultura general: los símbolos religiosos y patrióticos y la silueta del bebé sobraron.

Me encanta su coreografía, desde el baile hasta su uso del decorado, el vestuario y su manera de fusionar todo. Su sentido estético resulta siempre de gran finura, el tema japonés y los elementos "butoh" en esta obra realzaban su sensibilidad. Tiene muy buenos bailarines y sabe usarlos hasta sus límites.

As a faithful Ramón Oller fan, he still hasn´t let me down, even though the beginning verged on the drama society´s end of year concert. Credit your public with more general knowledge. The religious and patriotic symbols and baby silhouette were unnecessary.

I love his choreography from the dancing to his use of the set decoration, the costumes and the way he blends them all. His sense of aesthetics is very sensitive, and the japanese theme and butoh elements only helped. His dancers are excellent and he knows how to use them to their limits. (D.M.)
